Patent on fructooligosaccharide synthesis

The patent "A procedure for the bioenzymatic synthesis of fructooligosaccharides" (Application no. P201431747) coauthored by J. Marín-Navarro, D. Talens, A. Lafraya-Aguado, and J. Polaina was presented on November 25th 2014 in the Spanish Office of Patents.
